The Global Independent Academic Network is an international community of academics, educators, and researchers working across multiple disciplines, including but not limited to healthcare, economics, psychology, business, public health, sociology, the humanities, and mathematics.

We are a mission-driven collective that meets regularly to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and advance research for the public good. The network provides a space for scholars working both within and beyond traditional academic institutions to exchange ideas, develop research partnerships, and contribute to meaningful intellectual work.

Our group seeks to address the challenges and opportunities arising from the acceleration of artificial intelligence, the marketisation of higher education, the growing demand for health and social care, and an increasingly complex geopolitical landscape.
